Do I have to reserve a parking space?
No. No reservation is necessary.

Can someone else collect my car?
In principle, this is possible. This person must show identification, so you absolutely must let us have the name of the person concerned.

It is also possible to hand over vehicles and keys outside opening times?
Before the counter closes, you must park your car either in car park P1, level -3, or on the departure level. Then follow the ‘Beruflicher Transport’ sign and leave the key and ticket in our letterbox on the arrival level. After the counter closes, you must notify your arrival to us by phone or email so we can receive you.

Why are vehicles moved around?
So that we can always guarantee you a space, we take all vehicles to another car park and return your car to you on the day of your arrival.

Is it possible to pay with euros?
No, unfortunately it is not possible to pay with euros.
